Her partner, Dave Waeltz, is a marketing strategy and consumer qualitative research veteran. Together, Dave and Ellie tackle challenges and reach strategic goals through listening and action.

We’ll offer a non-biased third-party sounding board for whomever is important to you. We’re good at asking the right questions to reveal the pain you maybe didn’t even know you had. Then, based on what we hear, we’ll ORGANIZE to build straightforward plans to make actionable changes to improve your organization. Our goal is to send you in the right direction to OPERATE your business in a far healthier way.
Our industry experience is diverse with Dave’s background in agency marketing and Ellie’s in organizational development. When we’re not consulting, you can find us raising our 3-year-old daughter or kayaking the winding rivers of Northern Michigan.
